Position: Property Manager
Location: Multi-sites in Kettering/Dayton OH
Salary: $55,000-$62,000 per year, plus bonuses
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm (with after-hours as needed for emergencies)

As a Property Manager, you'll lead operations across three communities-creating a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel at home and communities thrive.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 properties, supporting a portfolio of 164 units
- Drive leasing efforts-from marketing to move-ins
- Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns with care
- Partner with maintenance and office teams to maintain high standards
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
- Plan and host resident events that bring communities together
- Enforce community policies and maintain a safe, harmonious living environment

- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Property Manager experience (multi-site preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation ability
- Experience with resident engagement and retention
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

- Experience working with property owners
- Yardi software experience
